Included in the box
Keep the packaging until your first successful week of use. It is the safest way to transport the pillow if support needs diagnostics or if you later return the unit.

What to inspect right away
Check for visible shipping damage, unusual odour beyond normal packaging smell, or a warped sensor surface. Minor fabric creasing is normal after transit; torn seams and cracked housings are not.
Confirm the serial label is present and readable. Support may ask for it if activation or warranty registration fails.
Before you throw anything away
- Photograph the serial label and shipping box
- Keep the adapter tied to this unit
- Retain receipts and order confirmation emails
