Daily and weekly care
Use approved pillowcases and keep the sensor surface dry. Light routine care is better than aggressive deep cleaning after buildup accumulates.
- Air the pillow regularly
- Spot-clean fabric promptly using approved methods
- Avoid compressing the pillow under heavy objects when not in use
What to avoid
- Bleach, harsh solvents, or abrasive cleaning tools
- Submerging the pillow unit
- Bending or folding the pillow sharply for storage
- Using non-approved power accessories
Storage and travel
Store the unit flat in a cool, dry place. If you travel with it, use the original packaging or another structure that protects the sensor layer from deep pressure and moisture.
